Returns and Refunds


You may return most items in new and unused/un-modified condition in the original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us and return the goods within 14 days (beginning on the day after you receive the goods), Certain items cannot be returned as detailed in the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY section in the Terms and Conditions. Refunds will be made via the same method you paid for your order once the goods have been received and inspected, usually within 7 days of receipt. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition may not be fully credited to your account unless they are returned because they are faulty. This does not affect your right to return faulty items. 

You should return the goods to us in their original packaging with labels attached within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return the goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Customers are required to cover the postage costs of the return which exceeds the “try it for free” 7-day period.

Any garments returned after the 7 day “Try it for free” period will not be eligible for free returns but can still be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Returns exceeding 14 days but within 30 days are accepted on a discretionary basis for a credit note only.

Using My Hermes Parcel Shop to return a parcel

Returns in a new and unused condition can be returned via a Hermes Parcel Shop. To return items please contact us for a returns label at Specific packaging or dispatch bag are not required, although if possible please return in the original packaging. The items should be in a sealed secure parcel, with the returns label securely attached and dropped at a My Hermes Parcel Shop. You will receive proof that you have returned a parcel at a Hermes Parcel Shop, please keep this safe incase you need it. Refunds will be made once the parcel has arrived back with us. This may take up to 14 days. Returns are payable by the customer outside the 7 day return period and within the 14 days period. If you would like us to arrange the return in the same way then please contact us. If you paid for the order by credit/debit card, any charges will be deducted from your refund if your return falls after the 7 day Try it for free period but within the 14 day period.
